Revegetation Grass Mix – 25lb

This Revegetation Grass Mix is a mixture of cool season bunch grasses that balances quick germination with durability. It has good palatability for livestock and wildlife and includes species with extensive root systems to provide soil stabilization on roadsides and ditch banks and revegetation of disturbed sites and rangelands.  This is good for foothills and mountain areas and is drought tolerant and cold hardy. Mix 1/4 lb. of a Wildflower seed mix with every 5 pounds of grass mix for a meadow effect.

Seeding rate: 3-4 lbs per 1000 sq ft. Rake into the top 1/4 inch of soil, irrigate if possible or seed during the very early spring to take advantage of spring moisture.
